What are the Stages in QNET Direct Selling Business

A business has a few stages of development, from stage one of making your decision to the stages of growth where you are trying to develop your business into new areas. There are many stages of growth, and growth comes from overcoming multiple challenges. To become a successful businessperson, you need to go through each of these stages in QNET direct selling, and it needs hard work to get to each new level. However, the time and effort you spend on direct selling will surely give you great results. When you do business with companies like QNET, direct selling can guarantee success and great accomplishment. It requires commitment, patience and passion on your part to get to each new level.

From my experience, it’s not that easy to get to the next step, but once you get there, it would be worth it; you will receive higher rewards, profit and compensations. There will be growth, not just in the case of money, but in different aspects like personal development, business skills, work ethic, and valuable business relationships. These features are exactly what makes direct selling an incredible option for new and aspiring business people. The time and money you invest in direct selling equal the time and money you invest in yourself.

Growth in direct selling business

There could be as many stages in your business; it depends on your ideas, creativity and way of work. To develop direct selling, you need to work hard, have a progressive strategy, maintain a good team spirit and the hunger for success. The stages in QNET direct selling can differ for different people based on their strategy, location and many other factors. The phases mentioned here are the significant shifts that happened in my direct selling business with QNET.

Stage 1: Decision making

How come deciding to join direct selling is a stage in the business? For me, it was the most crucial time of all, and of course, it was not just making an impulsive decision. Before joining QNET, I researched the industry, its future in India, competitors, profit and compensation plans, and the list go on. This process of learning about the business is itself the number one stage in your business. Only if you have made the right choice at this stage, you can expect success in the later period of the business. All I am trying to say is that the plan, the knowledge and the ideas you have before starting direct selling can gravely impact your success in the business.

Stage 2: Initial days in the direct selling

This article is supposed to motivate you; however, it is important to tell you that the first few months in direct selling will be tough. It was opposite to what I expected with the business; I wanted immediate success, plenty of product sales and people willing to join. That’s never the case; it will take time to grab the customer’s interest. The first few months of direct selling is the hardest as you may face many rejections, do not have as much support from family as you expected, and product sales will only have a slow increase.

Trust me; if you can hold on to the dream of business and do not give up at this phase, eventually, your success will come. All you need to do at this phase is to cover more people, let your target audience know about the business opportunity with QNET, and then wait for the result. With persistence, patience and hard work, you will overcome this rejection stage.

Stage 3: Small growth

By the time you are at the third stage of direct selling, you will already have developed many business skills. Your communication skills will be improved; you will be good at marketing, networking and working with a team. Also, it is a time of slow and small growth. More people will show an interest in your business; you’ll gain support from the family and friends, you would already have made the team and increased the product sales. A more attractive feature is that you will start receiving a reasonable income with direct selling. It’s the stage where you stop doubting and start growing; in fact, this is the stage where you would start experiencing success.

Stage 4: new strategies and higher growth

My initial work with direct selling was entirely based on direct marketing. I would meet with potential customers and introduce them to the product and the business prospect. However, it required a change in method to enter the new level of getting my business to more people and boosting the performance. Implementing social media marketing into the business strategy was successful in it. Social media can give you higher reach in less time; the business attracts the curiosity of many passionate people online. Product sales have also gone up. Coming up with new ideas and introducing them into direct selling can take you from the phase of small growth into the world of fast results.

Stage 5: Developing the business into something new

As you climb the steps in business, you will face new challenges, and you need to come up with solutions to solve them. Not only challenges, as you are getting experienced and when your team is growing, your responsibility is also increasing. It is the phase where you are a leader, boss, and mentor. By the time I was in the fifth stage, or the major shift happened in my business, it was in the form of responsibility. At this point, I didn’t have to worry about increasing the profit and reaching more customers; the business was already well established. Through word of mouth and social media, it grew and provided a steady flow of income. You need to be the boss, make strategies for the future, and take the right decisions and choices at this level.

Stages in business can go on and on. Direct selling is a business with many possibilities of growth; it depends on how you navigate your business and strategies for development. There is no limit to growth in business; however, if you ever felt like your direct selling cannot be developed further, it is a sign to start your entrepreneurship and make your dreams come true.
