She told us about the big benefits of the simplest of exercises. For instance, If you are tired after a long day, try this trick, Lie down on the floor and put your legs up against a wall for 20 minutes. That will help circulate blood in your upper body and would relax your legs. After a long day of sitting or standing, this will refresh you. I have tried it and yes, it really works. When I have meetings all day long, I come back home and just do this for 20 mins at the most and subsequently, it gives me the energy to manage my home after coming back.

Mrs. Martina Hingis also had a lot of other insights on how keeping fit can help us achieve better goals in direct selling. She also said how yoga will help us keep our mind calm, which is extremely necessary in this line of business.
