When I first joined the QNET business, I was completely new to QNET and business in general. It was a huge concern for me because I was unfamiliar with business skills. In addition, I did not had a professional degree in business either. The good news is, even though a professional degree would help a person immensely to build skills and knowledge, professional development is hundred per cent possible without a diploma or degree.

If a person shows a passion for learning and is willing to train, then success in QNET is not too far away. Also, people who do not have a professional degree in business are most likely to start their business journey with direct selling. Moreover, the possibility of success and training in direct selling is unlike any other industry.

There are hundreds of business-related courses available for free online. These courses are offered by the top one per cent of universities in the world. Also, there are many other short training and certification programs on platforms such as Coursera or Udemy. The certification and knowledge a person gain from these training can completely shift their approach and perspective in business.
When a business owner is faced with challenges and uncertainties, business training can be a great insight on how to deal with them efficiently. So, the number one thing a person with no business training can do after starting a business is taking online classes and training to develop the core skills.

Learn from your team

Direct selling is a network of business aspirants. These like-minded people come together to start a business, develop a network and increase their profit. So, the primary motive of any business person is profit. While working for achieving it, a person will develop the skills needed for business.
